Bug: VS Code Extension Refactors Code Incorrectly

Guys, I'm facing a really frustrating issue with this extension. Despite giving explicit instructions, it keeps refactoring my code in ways I absolutely don't want. It even deletes whole sections and "adds" code that's nowhere near what I asked for. Seriously, I'm not a programming guru, but I shouldn't feel like I'm battling the tool instead of getting help. It's like I'm stuck using a wonky GPT 4.1 that's actively doing the opposite of what I tell it.
